w 什么是NVQ ？
NVQ 是英语National Vocation Qualification 的缩写。
NVQ是英国的国家职业资格证书，是以国家职业标准为导向，以实际工作表现为考评依据的一种新型的职业资格证书制度。包含了所有职业，从刚工作的新手到高级管理人员的所有技能和知识层次。
NVQ有5个级别，每个级别反映了实际工作中该级别所需的知识和能力，以及在工作中拥有的责任和权力。
w NVQ英国职业（护理）资质是否等同于英国护士资质?
不同
1）NVQ属于职业技能水平标准，而护士资格属于职业身份标准。他们是两种完全不同的考评体系。
2）NVQ适用于40余种行业（含护理），但通过NVQ（护理）等级考试，不等于你具备了护士身份；反之即使你通过了护士资格考试，有了护士身份，也不一定能够达到NVQ高级别职业技能水平
w NVQ——英国国家职业资格证书在中国是否承认?
NVQ证书在英联邦国家的职业体系中是一块金字招牌，使学生在就业和职业发展的道路中终生获益。拥有英国国家职业资格证书（NVQ），不仅在英联邦国家内通用，还可做为进行法律公证的有效文件，可获得英联邦国家以及世界80多个国家的工作机会。
中国劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心（简称OSTA）与NVQ证书的颁证机构C&G和LCCIEB已签署了“中英职业资格证书合作项目联合颁证合作协议”，在中国共同推广NVQ中文证书， 并于2000年1月颁发了“劳社鉴发[2000]1号《关于中英职业资格证书合作项目试点工作加强管理的通知》”，对中英职业资格证书合作项目NVQ证书颁发的工作规则，对考评中心、考评专业人员和证书的管理做出了明确规定。
NVQ证书与中国相应的职业资格证书具有同等的就业准入和持证上岗的法律效力外，还可得到中国境内的外资机构的广泛认可。

Since Chinas inclusion into the World Trade Organisation (WTO) the Chinese Government is keen to promote social welfare projects as well as business expansion projects. The Loving Heart Project is one such welfare project and is one of the most important in mainland China in 2005/6. China is conscious that like most countries in the world, it has an aging population who are living longer. Many of these people require suitable accommodation and in many cases nursing care. The loving Heart project is set to address this issue and is fully supported by both national and regional Government throughout China and will be vigorously promoted. The Government has set up the Chinese Aging Development Foundation (CADF) to oversee the project which has appointed the Yinhui Investment Company of Beijing with sole responsibility for this project.
